Butterflies is a program for children ages 3-4 taught by Ms. Aisha Burney. Educational research shows that preschool aged-children learn best through hands-on experience with people, materials, events, and ideas. An active participatory learning environment is essential for providing the foundation for building the fundamental skills necessary for future reading, writing, and arithmetic.
